Florida Report Examples
The following Executive Reports are examples of what you can generate using The DECIDE System. These example Reports will use different Counties, Zip Codes, and Hospitals as criteria. Just remember that you can easily use criteria specific to your Hospital. You can substitute any Hospital, County, or Zip Code in any Report you generate.
Zip code level maps can be generated using the same criteria used when generating Executive Reports. The following are examples of Zip Code level maps:
